Tips about Cartagena (Bogotá)

Hello Everyone,
I know that everyone in Colombia is super nice and friendly!
I'm going to spend a weekend in Cartagena and i need some suggestions for hotels, something not too big, maybe boutique style, cozy, well located.
I found several options that look like this, but not sure about which locations are the best, I would trust and IN member opinion.
