Tips and Tricks to save money in Bogotá...

Hi all. When I used to live in Scotland I used to welcome new commers to IBM and Scotland by giving them a kind of introduction called RAISING CULTURAL AWARENESS. Protected content to the things most people loved was the part when we gave them tips to SAVE MONEY, i.e. how to make long distance calls, where to get cheaper services, where to buy things cheaper, etc.

So since I am new in Bogotá (5 months already but still discovering this incredible city), I would like to open this thread so that anybody with a cool way of saving money in Bogotá can help all out.
