Travel between Chia and La Candelaria??? (Bogotá)

Hi Everone,
I will be staying in Chia and going to school for one month in La Candelaria Monday-Friday. Any suggestion how to get down there? If I rent a car I cant use it everyday, busses seem very complicated, please any advice. Any suggestions on what uber would cost one way?
