Trip to the Amazon (Bogotá)

Hello,

We are 2 persons and we are planning to go the Amazon the first week of January (probably for 5 days) and we have some difficulty deciding where we should go.
We read about a lot of tours or day trip being organised in the area of Puerto Narino/San Martin/Tarapoto Lake and we also read about tours organised in Zacambu Natural Reserve.Therefore, we are wondering which direction we should go.
We are more interesting in an authentic experience from the Amazon, far from the city and the tourists, hiking Protected content , canoeing, sleeping in the selva, etc.

If any of you already experienced the Amazon, what would you recommend us for a unique experience :-) ?
