Visa MERCOSUR (Bogotá)

Hi guys! I'm moving to Bogotá in two months with the MERCOSUR temporary visa (I'm from Venezuela). This visa allows me to live and work freely in Colombia, but I'm also planning to do a Master. Nobody, not even the Colombian Consulate, or the University itself could answer me if that visa allows me to study or not.

Does any of you know? Is SUPER important!
