War against Venezuela (Bogotá)

For all of us living here find so stupid Chaves blah blah blah about war, spies and more hmmm how can I say it in a non rude way???

Doesnt Chaves perhaps take advantage that none of us pay attention to his nonsense words to keep insulting Colombia and all its institutions?

I always laugh with all my Venezuelan friends towards Chaves crazyness but I guess the guy is going beyond the humoristic and annoying to worry people abroad..
