Where can I find these ingredients? (Bogotá)

Hello! I have had a hard time finding a lot of spices and other cooking ingredients in the supermarket and I don't know if I'm just missing them or if there another place I can find them or what... At the moment I would be happy to find nutmeg (nuez moscada) and vanilla extract. Any suggestions?
