Bread, Butter and Breakfast (Bologna)

a friend of mine now works at the University. She is missing German Type Breakfast quite a lot. Any way to help her? Ist there any place at Bologna where you can have somethin like an english or a german type breakfast?

I am looking forward to visit her some time, to return where i lived some twenty years ago when i studied in Bologna.
