From Hong-Kong to Bologna

I am a French Canadian living in Hong-Kong. I am between two jobs, I have 3 months holiday ahead, and I'm looking to improve my Italian spending some time in Italy ...

Would you know someone who would be looking to share the house/apartment for a small fee and/or service (I can work in your family business unpaid). I can spend a few days to a few weeks, I'm looking to spend much of August/early September in Italy, basically anywhere I can learn the language, preferably in a typical village.small town.
