long term rental property (Bologna)

Can anyone give me the name of some long term rental property agents? I am looking to move to Italy but I want to rent before I buy. I don't want a holiday rentals because I may well be renting for a year, whilst I search for somewhere to buy. The property can be anywhere from Emilia Romagna down to Umbria. The only important thing is that it has good transport links as I will be doing a fair bit of travelling around. I don't mind if it is unfurnished because I will be moving my own furniture out.
