Moving to Bologna

Hello Everyone - I am planning on moving my family of 4 to Bologna next year. We are shooting for August but wondering if housing will be difficult at that time because of students? Can anyone recommend a good neighborhood - we will need to be close to public transportation and good public schools (I have a 3/5yr old). We are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment. Thanks in advance for any tips or suggestions!
