Naples, Amalfi, the coast, tuscany (Bologna)

Hi! Wondering what kind of advice is out there on where to take a friend visiting from the states at the end of June. Looking for budget ideas to see some beautiful coast, eat some great food, great sites, delish wine and a little night life. I know its a lot to ask, but would like to hear what some peoples favorite places are. I haven't been South of Rome yet, so I am curious.
