seeking apartment in Bologna for 1 year

I am interested in leasing an apartment from March Protected content
for one.
ideally with air conditioner and 1 parking space a must.
neighborhood close to centro; murri or colli walking distance to shops and restaurants.
I am willing to pay 6 months - year in advance depending upon the discount I will get for paying cash.
Furnished would be heaven but is not the deal breaker.
