Trieste - restaurant/bar recommendations? (Bologna)

Hi everyone!

We are going to Trieste this summer with my boyfriend, both of us have been there, my boyfriend quite a few times. does anyone who knows trieste very well give me some recommendations of restaurants and bars that are 'hidden spots' and not discovered by tourists who have already been there couple of times likes us?
or any really cool and not obvious thing to do/see would be really appreciated!!
