Hard time to repatriate (Bonn)

Hello my name is Petra, I have just joined this community and I am new to the Bonn area. We came back from a 3 year stay in the US (Arizona) this summer and I have a hard time to adjust in my home country. I wonder if there are some other community members with the same experience and some advice for me. Thanks in advance.
