Photography course/outing? (Bonn)

I have always been interested in the photography and I would like to improve my photography skill. Does anyone know of any photography course which I can take in Bonn? or perhaps is there anybody interested in meeting up (while the weather is generally good in the summer) to go and snap some nice shots?
