Australian needed to witness signature (Bordeaux)

Hi, I am an Australian living between Bordeaux and Toulouse and am in need of another Australian Citizen to witness my Wife's and my signature for our house sale in Australia. I am trying desperately to avoid having to take our two young children to the embassy in Paris. The only requirement is that you have to be an Australian notary public (ie. Doctor, Teacher, Nurse etc.) Travelling a few hours in any direction is no issue for me.
