I will be moving to West of France and doubt between these both
cities.
Anyone here living in those areas?
Also, how are the French in that region to foreighners.
I speak French fluently and wish to meet locals and make friends.
Are they open to it, or rather closed to ''non-French''?
I'll surely experience it all soon!!!!:)
