How to lease a car.... (Boston)

Hi, Just moved to Boston and needing a car. I heard leasing is the best way as my contract is for 2years. I am waiting for a SSN still which I think most of them need (tried swap a lease and they said get a SSN first). Until I get an SSN, I am reliant on the bus service! In the winter that is going to be hard!!!

So I guess what I need to know is, are there any companies I could try to get a lease from while waiting for a SSN? Or should I just wait? I can prove I have income...alternatively, if someone wants to lease me a car.... !! :D

Hope this makes sense!! :) I realise I may not be able to do much until I get a SSN but advice welcome! I am based in Waltham!
