Hyannis Cape Cod summer 2012 vacation rental (Boston)

Walkable 1 mile to popular Craigville Beach & Covell Beach & the Cape Cod Melody Tent. Beach parking pass included!!!.

The living rooms has a fireplace & wall mounted HD 52" HD TV with HBO/STARR premium cable stations, DVD & DVR.

The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, oven & everything you could need to cook a special breakfast, lunch or dinner.

There are 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds, & the basement offers a bunk bed & single bed. Sleeps 9 people.

There is also a desktop computer, a children's high chair, portable crib, gate for the top of the stairs, books & toys, air conditioners, fans, laundry, 3 cable TVs, screened in porch, BBQ, outdoor shower & garden. Linens, towels & sheets are included.

We have supplied the house with dish soap, dishwashing detergent, washing machine detergent, paper towels & toilet tissue; there is sugar, salt & pepper, spices. Help yourself to whatever is in the house.

Sunny home offers a convenient location to a wealth of Cape Cod activities. Less than a 10 minute drive to the Cape Cod Mall, theaters, boats to the Islands, fishing charters, & the Downtown Main Street shops of Hyannis.

Included is the all important beach parking pass which provides you with free parking & beach access to all fresh & saltwater beaches in Barnstable County. For your enjoyment, the pass is also valid at Hathaways Pond, Millway Beach, Loop Beach, Sea Street-Keyes Beach, Kalmus Beach, Veteran's Beach, Hamblin's Pond, Sandy Neck Beach, Lovell's Pond, Wequaquet Lake, Joshua's Pond, Dowse's Beach & Eugenia Fortes Beach.
