Moved 2 weeks ago from Chile to Lawrence (Boston)

Hey all

I'm Jose, originally from the Dominican Republic who came from Chile almost 2 weeks ago. My family lives in Lawrence, MA but after this short period of time I'm sure my life is in Boston. Is there any advice on how to move to Boston like which buses or train would take me there and if it is so hard to find a job for someone like me who have a Bachelors Degre in Management and a Diploma in Innovation Management, more than 6 years of international experience in Marketing & Category Management in countries such as Dom Rep, El Salvador, Guatemala and Chile. I have permanent residence which allow to work and live in the states.

Please I would really appreciate any advice or reference which can give a clue on how to move there.
