Moving to Boston with my family

Hi

As part of my job I'm relocating from Surrey,UK to Boston.

The Boston office is in Cambridge. Visa's have been sorted so no problems there.

My wife and 1yr son are coming with me therefore we're seeking to rent in a family-friendly suburb.

I'm desperate for some advice on areas, towns etc which would suit us. I currently commute 1hr into London and would love to cut that down.

I gather the rental scene is expensive in Boston, especially for houses? We'd be seeking minimum 3-bed with a decent garden. How much do you think I'd need to budget?
