New to Boston, please help!

Hi everyone,
I'm Italian but I've been living in London (UK) with my boyfriend for more than 2 years. Few months ago my boyfriend has been relocated to Boston and he will move there in January. I've been thinking about moving there as well, unfortunately I do not have any Visa.
Any suggestions on companies who are willing to sponsor Italian people? Even for an internship.
Does anyone know how it works or a website that could help me with that?
Actually, any kind of help or suggestion is much appreciated.
