Hello,
Tenant isgoing back to Europe and is looking for someone to sublet the room, starting April 1st till the end of Aug. At which point the lease will renew and you'll have the option to sign on for another year for the room.

The room is enormous Protected content feet), has a walk-in closet, private full bathroom and a fireplace!!
You can easily fit a king bed, a sofa, a coffee table a desk...
The room can be furnished or not depending on your needs.

The rest of the apartment is really large and entirely furnished.
The kitchen is really large with 2 ovens multiple electric stoves, central island. This kitchen is amazing if you like to cook.

You will share the apartment with 4 awesome easy going roommates, all young professionals in their twenties.

The apartment is located in a beautiful house on commonwealth avenue in Back Bay. There are several grocery stores really close (Trader Joe's, Whole Food...) the Hynes Convention center T station is 1 minute walk away. The commute to Cambridge is also really convenient (Bus 1).

Currently the rent is $ Protected content includes heat, cold/hot water and electricity. The internet and cable is not included in the rent but it will be less than $30 a month.
