Good food? (Brasilia)

Hello all! My husband and I will be moving to Brasilia in a couple of months. One of the things we enjoy very much about being in a different city is sampling the local cuisine (and good examples of foreign cuisine) to be found.
Any recommendations? We're not fancy; we like to eat where the "locals" eat :)
