Small Children in Brasilia

I will be moving to Brasilia this summer with my husband and son (currently 3 and half months old). Any advice about neighborhoods for people with small children? Are there any places that cater to small children (i.e. Gymboree, YMCA, etc.). Any recommendations for finding child care in Brasilia?
