Golfing in Slovakia or Austria (Bratislava)

Hello,

does anybody have information on golf courses in Austria or Slovakia? i am from Canada and have been playing for a while - i have a pretty good level. I have heard that you need a green card showing your handicap which is not something common in North America.
Does anyone know how to get this card?
Which golf course is good to play on in Austria and Slovakia?
do you know any good golf retail for equipment?
any tips is welcome.
