moving to brazza (Brazzaville)

Hi Everybody, Bonjour tous!

Combo na ngai Sam and I may soon move to Brazza. I lived for a few years in the DRC, in the regions but this will be my first time in Congo. I wondered if you could give me an idea of the average availability & price for accomodation in town, like:
are villas available or is the offer more on apt basis? How much would roughly be an ave. price for a 2 bedroom house with garden and/or for a 2 bedroom apt in a safe area?

Any info is very very welcome :)
