Health Insurance (Breda)

I am trying to find health insurance that will cover me both here in the Netherlands where I am living full time and also should I have to go back to the USA. I currently have AETNA, however, I am finding that the coverage really does not cover anything here. Is there a company that someone can recommend that may be best with working with the Dutch health care system.
