Voluntary work (Bremen)

Dear All;

Due to my job, my wife and myself will be in Bremen for two months. My wife is German and Englisher teacher and during the period that we will stay in Bremen, she would like to work at a kindergarten or at a school on voluntary basis and without any pay what so ever in order to be close with local German people and to get familiarized with German education system. Is there any body in this group who can help us or at least give a hint about where and how to start? We will appreciate your feedback and comments. Thanks to you all in advance.
