Role Purpose

Our Dutch speaking Customer Service Consultants in Travel and Lifestyle (TLS) provide expert advice in all aspects of Travel and Concierge to some of American Express’ most elite cardholders.

We are currently looking for Bilingual Dutch and English speakers to join our team in the Brighton-based European call centre. You will need to be fluent in both the Dutch and English languages, as you will be servicing customers located in both the UK and the Netherlands.


Dealing with customers’ requests; this could be anything from a romantic meal for two to booking an ’around the world’ anniversary trip.
Taking incoming calls from customers and providing a knowledgeable and consultative service.
Making relevant recommendations, confirm bookings and up-sell recommendations.
