About registering Immunisation records of my Son (Brisbane)

Hi There,

I have recently moved to Brisbane from Singapore. I wanted to check the procedure to get the Immunization records registered here in Brisbane. At school they are not accepting records from Singapore.

Any help on this regards is highly appreciated.
