Christmas Day can be lonely if you are a long way away from family and friends and you are new to the city of Brisbane.

Newcomers Network will be hosting our first annual Christmas Day bring your own (BYO) picnic lunch where people bring their own food and share it with the other people who are there. (Sixth in Melbourne, Second in Sydney and Second in Perth)

Everyone is invited. Guests can come on their own or with other people for any part of the time between 12pm and 3pm.

It is free to attend.

Everyone is welcome - including newcomers, expatriates, Christmas orphans, people who are single, married, couples, families, students, tourists, migrants, local residents, Australian citizens, refugees, children, adults, young or old, any faith or religion.
