Expats for research (Brisbane)

You are invited to help an International Human Resource Management Griffith student's research project by participating in a 30 minute -1 hour interview via Skype, person or phone call or by passing information to people you think might be interested. The study will analyse “Perceptions of expatriate’s preparedness for expatriation from cross-cultural training programs and their psychological contract".

Types of participants

Individuals who are currently expatriated for a minimum period of 3 months and maximum duration of 10 years or have recently been repatriated

This research will help to influence the manner by which a cross-cultural training is planned, delivered and monitored.
