Moving from Beijing,China to Brisbane

Hi all, we'll be moving to Brisbane from Beijing, China in near future and wondering about the best way to send the extra belongings that we don't want to take on the plane. Probably less than 1 cubic metre, so not a lot of gear. Some fav. books and toys to make the transition a little smoother for our son. We looked at Fedex but the prices make the exercise a little too costly. Time in transit is not an issue. Has anyone had a similar move and could recommend a good operator to forward our gear from Beijing to Brisbane. Any names or contact details would be appreciated. Thanks.
