Potential move to australia- Brisbane

Hi,

I am from Sweden and have lived a little bit of everywhere in europe and usa, now I am trying to make a next move, to a place where I can meet fun people, have a ok job and enjoy sunshine as much as possible. (biggest criteria on Sunshine and meeting new long term friends). I am single, I work in finance and Hold a Swedish citizen ship.

If I move to australia, plan is to arrive in Brisbane around July/August month and I would eally like to know all there is I need to know in order to get a job, visa, apartment and well settling in. I do intend and hope to stay there for a long time so would appreciate your feedback!
