Who has experience with part-time or online study (Brisbane)

Hello,

I'm working as an Assistant Manager for a small business in Brisbane and I'm completely under challenged.
Now I'm thinking about a part-time or online study to fill my spare time and keep my brain occupied.
As a former Senior Financial Adviser for a german bank, I'm interested in Bookkeeping, Accounting and Finance.
Has someone experience with a good provider for this kind of study and can give me a recommendation?
I really appreciate every tip.
