English school for foreign pupils (Bristol)

Hi everyone,
My family and myself might move to Bristol during the summer.
We are French and there is no French school in Bristol so we will have to put him our son Maxence in an english school (he is 4 years old). I have to admit I am a bit worried to put him outside the French Education system. On the other hand I think it could be a great opportunity for him. Any of you know of people in the same situation as us?
Our office is going to be in Bradley Stoke. I have never been to Bristol and have no idea about how bad the traffic can be.
Any advice on where to live?
