JOB DESCRIPTION Managing daily a number of enquiries for machine spare parts and accessories. - Maintaining timely and friendly contact with customers - Providing quotations on our machine spare parts - Preserving effective contact after the quote has been sent
Sourcing the parts required from our network of suppliers. - Using the internet for finding information. - Building strong relationships with our trusted suppliers. - Getting answers from suppliers quickly to quote customers fast
Finding new clients. - Contacting relevant companies via telephone and email and presenting our services to them. - Having the ability to differentiate between a potential customer and a company that doesn’t need what we sell. - Targeting specific industrial sectors, contacting individual companies and evaluating their desirability as potential customers.
Previous experience in the industry is not required. We are looking for someone who has confidence in their communication abilities and a strong understanding of the French language.
