Moving to Bristol or the area

Hi all.

I am moving to Bristol (from Toronto) with my wife and four-years-old daughter in approximately three months.

I was hoping that members in the area can provide with me with some advice and details.
I have few questions.
1. I am going to work in Langford Protected content south of Bristol) and wanted to know if it's worth renting in Bristol and driving or look for a place in one of the local villages there?

2. I am looking to rent a three bedroom house in that area and saw online that most of them are between Protected content per month. Do you have information about other house-related costs (heating, electricity, council, etc.)?

3. Any suggestions about buying a vehicle, insurance companies for expats, and driver's license exchange?

And:
4. How can I find a good school for a four-years-old?
