Local Car Insurance (Brno)

I have recently driven (exported) my car from England over to Brno, CR. My English insurance policy covered me for 90 days 3rd party. That has now expired and I am looking to insure my English car with an English Registration plate with a local Czech Insurance company. I have tried 2 companies who offer insurance on-line but some of the questions they ask I simply do not have the answers for (Czech Birth number for example) and therefor I cannot complete the form and the application fails.
Does anyone have any useful advice for me or recommendations for a car insurance company which caters for Expats and foreign cars?
