AG Insurance - Car insurance claim (Brussels)

Hi everyone,

I had a car accident today and I'm looking for helpful information.

So, it wasn't my fault, the person who caused the accident has insurance in AG (mine i with a diff company) My car will be most likely declared a Total Loss, the front is basically non-existing :) ...I hit the other car's side with about 60km/h...

- any experience with how long the whole process takes?
- any knowledge of how are the AG valuations compared to market value of the car?
- can I claim a replacement car from AG?

Any other tips will be very much appreciated, It is my first accident ;)
