Any advise on where to look for a flat? (Brussels)

Hi everyone
Moving to Brussels from London in less than 3 weeks...aarrgghhh....
I am flat hunting at the moment, is there any areas that you would recommend to focus my search on? I would like to find somewhere full of nice cafes and where there is usually stuff to do at the weekend but not too buzzy....any suggestions?
