Any Chocoholics in towns? (Brussels)

On Friday 6th and Saturday 7th at Carrefour de l Europe, there will be a showcase on Chocolate!
It would be nice to set up an informal group to visit the fair and taste a few products.
I am very interested into chocolates,studied chocolate making as a hobby, and have working experience making chocolates
I am expecting you not to be just greedy choco-eaters because chocolate is a noble food that has to be treated as a classy, delicate food.
