Any Latin Americans in Brussels who love to cook?

Hi everyone, I'm looking for Latin American expats who live in Brussels and love to cook, or people who have spent time in Latin America and know how to cook authentic food. Anyone from Mexico, Peru, Brazil... extra points for anyone who can make a real margarita or ceviche dinner!

We've lost a few great hosts on bookalokal, including one from Mexico and one from Peru. Any help finding new and talented home chefs who love to cook, share their culture, and meet new people, would be great!
