Anyone living in Ixelles with kids 5 and under? (Brussels)

Just wondering if anyone out there lives in Ixelles and would be willing to help me find playgroups, extra curricular activities etc for my one year old and four year old. Oh and if you can recommend any sites to find second hand mother bikes or the like that would also be much appreciated!
