Apartment to Rent on Place du Chatelain (Brussels)

I no longer need to be based in Brussels so I have an apartment to rent on the Place du Chatelain. It is a lovely apartment and I believe good value in terms of rent for the area. I am only giving it up due to relocating to Amsterdam. It has high ceilings, wooden floors, and a balcony overlooking the square. It is 65 square metres; rent is Protected content per month, plus 65 euros per month for water and central heating (there is an annual rebate from this amount). The building is rented out by a company so the rent is non-negotiable; the company however is very reliable in terms of quick maintenance.
