Are there any EU officials interested in Tango? (Brussels)

Dear all,
I am looking for a partner to learn dancing Tango (actually, for two partners as we intend to make it with a friend of mine; our level is "absolute beginners").
One of the courses that suites us verrrrry well in terms of time and location is the following one:

The only problem: a EuroCommission employee card-pass is needed to enter the building.
