Banking via software in Belgium (Brussels)

I just called several banks (ING, BNP/Fortis, DeutshBank, KBC) in order to know if they provide ways to directly pull data from your bank account in order to at least do the accounting and at best, pass orders.

I asked for OFX file format or HBCI protocol, the default ways software like Quicken or GnuCash support, but it seems NONE of them provide anything. KBC provide some PDF and CSV while ING provide something similar for just... 85e per year and even then nothing automatic.

Any suggestion beside moving to Germany or the US? Im starting to get depressed.
