Best place to live (Brussels)

Hello, my family and I will be moving to Belgium in January, we are looking for houses to rent, schools for our children and many other things. I would like to know about best neighborhoods to live (security places) and good international schools. I´m in touch with St. Johns School, but I don´t know if it´s a good option, and if Waterloo is a good place to live (my husband will be work in Brussels). Please friends tell me about experiences.
